Orthotrac Product Updates
Upgrades to Orthotrac Practice Management and Imaging applications are free of charge to any practices which are covered by the software support contract. Upgrades usually occur on the general release of a new version of a product to all practices. An update pack is sent to the practice which includes an installation guide, a document outlining any new features of the application and the reason for the update, any practice-specific instructions for the upgrade and the update C.D. We ask Practices to mail back confirmation on the completion of the update. Orthotrac Support will arrange for any required licencing changes or order the release codes needed to perform the update. The majority of updates are performed by the practice with help from the Support desk if needed.
